You ignore one and lavish the other with gratitude. There is no guarantee that either will be in your life for long or short, so practice loving yourself by not giving your valuable life to those who don't appreciate it, and cherishe those who amaze you with love. And at the same time just you remember you have been invited to a banquet of love, the trick is not to wait for someone to serve you, go make your own plate, and once you are full have fun serving others.
