The X-Men and Avengers think the force is coming for Hope but it's coming back for Jean. Hope is just a mimic who can mimic mutant powers at their potential (she could be Jean's creation). Jean has been staying close to Hope (explains the raptor Hope manifests sometimes) and allows Hope to use her powers. The force comes back to be one again with Jean and also adds to why Jean could appear in Wolverine #8. With Jean and Wanda back Hope uses her mimic powers to combine both the two ladies powers at full potential and maybe undo M-Day.
