The time to close my eyes is finally here They are dried out from starring at the window Like a caged animal, back and forth Hoping you would come, But knowing you never were. One took my heath and now you have taken my emotions Leaving me surounded by a numbness The silence treatment you administering Shows your lack of maturity and the need for drama But to look the other way won't help at all For when the time comes and we meet once again The friendly face that always welcomed you back Would be just a memory and you along with it Love came to your house and stayed with you Yet you then shut the door pretended not to hear the cries and the knocking on the door I've lived and learned but I'm no teacher to educate But I know in life you get stuck untill you learned what is meant for you to learn. I feel tired now, I've waited for days, and I've tried and yet I can only lower my dignity so much and as I finish this letter, I need to agree with you when you said "I don't deserve you" "You don't deserve me" for diamonds come in all colors, but if it's red Then it's no diamond...IT'S A RUBY. You had it, and held it but never appreciate it it's true beauty and value, So now you are stuck with diamonds and circonias.
