Live, Learn and Pass it on...

I graduated from my IOP program...so freaking proud of myself. It was a sad goodbye but also the motivation I needed to go on with my life. I am so positive and ready to take on whatever life sends my way. My tool box in packed with wisdom, advice, love, support, strenght, positive attutide and most importantly, with belief, believe in my family, my friends, my colleagues and believe in me.

One of my new friends, Jessica, shared that she wanted to get a tattoo, a frog to be more specific, and on our last day, she shared the following information. I think I might get me a frog too...real or not, I need one.
The Frog
The frog is a symbol of transformation.
Beginning its life as an egg, it is born into the form of a tadpole, which then slowly metamorphoses into a frog. The frog symbolizes transformation and growth into more mature ways of living. May the spirit of the frog guide you through the changes that life inevitably brings.

Symbolism of the frog: Luck, Purity, Rebirth, Renewal, Fertility, Healing, Metamorphosis, Transformation, Dreaming and Opportunity.

Cool Fact: Frogs are symbols of good luck in Japan. The  Japanese word for frog is "Kaeru."
