Solitude A gentle breeze surrounds me a soft warm holds me a touch of love a kiss of death I can see my life through the eyes of many people I can see a part of me in many men in a peaceful hill above the world in my space all alone in a solitude mood My phone has stopped ringing My email box gets no attention The flowers have died The spotlight has moved away from me All by myself in the solitude no more tears, no more laughs a part of me has died a touch of love a kiss of death no more flowers no more letters I am here all alone in the quietness of my solitude.
