As I stand here before you, oh great Ancestors I ask of you great spirits to hear my prayer I don't ask for money, nor for luxuries As I close my eyes and let my heart speak I ask of you oh great parents to guide my journey I don't ask for power, I have no need for it As tears roll down my face and my soul opens up to you Oh Mother Nature, oh Great Ancestors, Oh Parents of my life I ask of you all to hear my voice I don't ask for fame, now jewels a plenty Hear my words Father Hear my cry oh loved Mother For all I want is to live. Many centuries I've lived, many tears I've cried My soul beggs you to send the one who shall complete me forever Oh Great Ancestors, listen to my calling I don't ask for looks for they only bring vanity I don't ask for money for it brings lovers apart All I ask is for a love that will love me in return.
